Pure polyester yarn is made of polyester staple fiber by warp spinning, and its staple fiber has different types. From the length, it can be divided into cotton fiber, about 37 mm in length, medium-length fiber, 51 mm-57 mm in length, and wool fiber, 75 mm-105 mm in length. From the thickness, there are fine denier fibers, which are about 1.5D, coarse denier fibers, which are about 5D, and 3D in the middle. Of course, there are finer fibers, such as 1D, and even ultrafine fibers, such as 0.1-0.5D. The yarn is very fine, such as at 50 counts and 60 counts, and is spun with fine denier fiber, which is easy to spin evenly, with good evenness and less hairiness. If the fiber is longer, it can increase the cohesion and strength, and the spun yarn feels fine. On the contrary, the coarse denier yarn feels rough and has a good hairiness.
Polyester yarn, the color is white, the brightness is semi-dull, and the white color without treatment has excellent optical properties, whiteness, high strength, toughness, and good smoothness
Purpose: yarn for woven fabric yarn air-jet loom water-jet loom
Can be used for longitude. All-light polyester yarn: the surface of polyester fiber is smooth, and the surface of woven fabric has strong luster. The semi-gloss polyester fabric has a generous appearance and is popular in the market. Semi-gloss polyester yarn can also be understood as the use of various physical/chemical methods to crack or coarsen the fiber surface in the fiber manufacturing process. The woven fabric has the same effect as the above fabric weight reduction treatment.
