Adopt Jointless Operation Method To Reduce Coarse Details Of Knitted Yarn

1. Cleaning and carding process

In order to ensure uniform surface of knitted fabric, the combing unit is used for cleaning and carding to achieve multi bin mixing and uniform cotton mixing. The stripping speed of the blowing-carding unit is 135 meters per minute, and the length of each cylinder is 3800 meters.

2. Juxtaposition

The drawing adopts 6-8 pieces of combined yarn. The cotton sliver at the back of the machine is divided into two sections, with a high section of 3800 meters per barrel and a low section of 1900 meters per barrel. When loading the sliver, feed the sliver from the overhead into the compression roller, enter the bell mouth, and pull out the lap point to ensure that there are no joints in the sliver.

3. Scroll

24-36 pieces are used in combination, and one piece of cotton sliver is used. Calculate quantitatively how many cotton rolls can be spun per drum of cotton sliver. After spinning the sliver, uniformly feed the pre drawn sliver from the changed sliver, and mark it. When it is uniformly spun onto a single combing machine to the mark, timely pinch it out.

4. Combing

Uniformly change the roll and fix the length. When the spinning is full, timely pinch out the lap point.

5. Roving

The roving machine divides the cotton sliver at the back of the frame into six sections, each 20 spindles being divided into one section, and each two rows of roving are dropped to replace a section of cotton sliver. The changed head points are spun onto the full yarn, and the head points are pulled out by 2 meters. When the yarn is dropped, the inner row of large yarn falls to one place, and the outer row falls to one place. When using spinning yarn, change the yarn according to the inner and outer rows, and strictly control the roving elongation and difference.

6. Spun yarn

The spinning process is based on the pagoda segmented method, using a centralized roving change method. The last 15-20 laps of each roving are left unused. Top up the large yarn, thread it into the bell mouth, and then break the joint on the tube yarn. After pulling out the tube, use the winding roller joint method to prevent changing the package of roving. The joint point is pinched out by the winding process.

Each process adopts the jointless method, and implements fixed supply. Strict control of the amount of spent yarn has improved production efficiency and yarn quality. The fabric quality has been recognized by customers, and the quality level of the product has been improved.
