Polyester spinning processes can be divided into the following types:
1. Melt spinning
Melt spinning is a production process in which polyester is melted at high temperature and ejected through a fine-pore spinning nozzle, and then rapidly solidified in a cooling chamber to form fibers. Because its production process is simple and can be mass-produced, it is low-cost and is currently one of the most widely used polyester spinning processes.

2. Solution spinning
Solution spinning is a production process in which polyester is dissolved in an organic solvent and then passed through a rotating spinning plate to form fibers. This process is suitable for the manufacture of fine fibers, but since polyester is prone to chemical reactions in organic solvents, it has a greater impact on the environment.
3. Dry spinning
Dry spinning is a production process in which polyester is stretched, charged polyester fibers are ejected through an electrospinning machine, and rapidly solidified in the air to form fibers. This process can produce finer fibers, but requires higher energy and complex process conditions.
