1. Yarn woolen spinning process
Yarn slubbing is divided into two processes: manual slubbing and machine slubbing. Manual woolen spinning is a traditional textile production method. The hand spinning wheel is the main tool for yarn woolen spinning. The raw materials are spun into irregular yarns of different shades through manual operation. Machine slubbing uses the curler in the spinning machinery to roll the raw materials to meet the standards of roving yarns. However, the production efficiency of the woolen spinning process is low and the yarn quality is relatively rough, so it is suitable for producing some coarse cloths with low quality requirements.

2. Yarn worsted spinning process
Yarn worsting refers to making coarse yarn into fine yarn through careful processing. Compared with the woolen yarn spinning process, the worsted yarn quality is finer and smoother. The yarn in the worsted spinning process has been processed many times. After cleaning and lubrication, the quality reaches high standards and is more suitable for the production of high-end fabrics.

3. Comprehensive application of woolen spinning and worsted spinning
Since yarn wooling and worsted spinning processes each have their own advantages and disadvantages, a comprehensive application approach is usually adopted in actual production to enable them to meet different needs. For coarse cloth production, the woolen spinning process can better reduce production costs, but production efficiency needs to be taken into consideration; for high-end fabric production, the yarn in the worsted spinning process can improve the quality of the fabric, thereby improving market competitiveness.
