1. Good camel hair is long and shiny. The worse camel hair is dark in color, and the wool is not delicate and thick. If it is the leftover wool or the chemical fiber fabric pretending to be, you can look in the sun. The chemical fiber will shine, or the gray dust and foul smell of the unfinished wool.
2. The real camel hair is very soft, elastic and dry due to air tightness. False ones have no such advantage.
3. Real camel hair is a natural color. It will not fade after being boiled with boiling water, and false camel hair will fade.
4. The simplest way to distinguish between chemical fiber and hair is to take a little and burn it. Camel hair will smoke and bubble, smell of burning protein, ash will break when it is pinched, and chemical fiber is sticky or black lump, with a very smelly smell.
