Fancy yarn refers to the yarn with special structure and appearance effect obtained by special processing of fiber and yarn with special technology and special equipment in the process of yarn forming. It is a special yarn with decorative effect.

1、 Fancy yarn
Yarns that vary in appearance and color. Colored yarn, multi-fiber blended yarn, two-component yarn (i.e. AB yarn).
1. Color spinning: dyeing before spinning
Yarn made from fibers of different colors. Multi-color fiber blending can make the yarn color very harmonious, which has the effect that ordinary yarn dyeing cannot achieve. This kind of yarn can be directly used for machine and knitted fabrics without further dyeing treatment. Color spinning cannot change the existing color.
2. Multi-fiber blended yarn: first mixed and then dyed
The fibers with different dyeing properties are used for mixed spinning, and then the dyes with different properties are used for multiple dyeing to achieve the similar effect of color spinning.
Features: The dyeing flexibility is large, and different colors can be dyed, while colored spinning cannot change the existing colors. The raw materials will have certain limitations. Generally, components with different dyeing properties are selected.
Example:
For example, if viscose staple fiber, cationic modified polyester staple fiber and bright triangular profiled polyester staple fiber are blended, first dye the viscose fiber with reactive dyes, and then dye the modified polyester staple fiber with cationic dyes. The triangular profiled polyester staple fiber keeps the original white, so as to obtain the same effect as ordinary colored spinning.
3. Two-component yarn (AB yarn)
Two groups of rovings with different colors or dyeing properties are fed into the spinning frame at the same time, and then spun by roller after drawing. Two AB yarns of different colors can be folded to increase the color change of the final yarn (four colors). The yarn surface has obvious color spot effect.
