Cotton It is commonly known as cotton. The fiber is used for textile and quilt. Cotton fiber has high strength, good air permeability, poor wrinkle resistance and poor extensibility; The heat resistance is better than hemp; Poor acid resistance and resistance to dilute alkali at room temperature; It has good affinity for dyes, easy dyeing, complete chromatography and bright color. Cotton type fabric refers to the fabric made of cotton yarn or cotton and cotton type chemical fiber blended yarn. Features of cotton fabric: 1. Strong moisture absorption, large shrinkage, about 4~10%. 2. Alkali and acid resistance. The cotton cloth is extremely unstable to inorganic acid, even if the sulfuric acid is very dilute, it will be destroyed, but the effect of organic acid is weak, and it hardly damages. The cotton cloth is relatively alkali resistant. Generally, the dilute alkali does not affect the cotton cloth at room temperature, but the strength of the cotton cloth will decrease after the strong alkali is used. Mercerized cotton cloth can be obtained by treating cotton cloth with 20% caustic soda. 3. Light resistance and heat resistance are ordinary. The cotton cloth will be oxidized slowly in the sun and atmosphere, which will reduce the strength. Long term high temperature action will damage the cotton cloth, but it can withstand short high temperature treatment at 125~150 ℃. 4. Microbes can damage cotton fabrics. It is not resistant to mold.

Cotton/polyester is a kind of cotton/polyester blended fabric, which contains more cotton. Cotton/polyester has the advantages of both cotton and polyester. Is cotton/nylon blended fabric? Cotton fiber is a modified polypropylene fiber. The wicking effect of cotton fiber makes it soft, warm, dry, hygienic and antibacterial. The super cotton fiber underwear, bathrobes, T-shirts and other products developed and produced with it have superior performance in heat preservation, water absorption, moisture transmission, quick drying, and antibacterial.
Spandex is the abbreviation of polyurethane fiber, which is a kind of elastic fiber. It is highly elastic and can be stretched 6~7 times, but it can quickly return to its initial state with the disappearance of tension. Its molecular structure is a chain like, soft and stretchable polyurethane, and its characteristics are enhanced by connecting with the hard chain segment. Spandex has excellent elasticity. The strength is 2~3 times higher than that of latex filament, the linear density is thinner, and it is more resistant to chemical degradation. The polyurethane fiber has good acid and alkali resistance, sweat resistance, seawater resistance, dry cleaning resistance and abrasion resistance. Spandex is generally not used alone, but a small amount of it is mixed into the fabric. This kind of fiber has the properties of both rubber and fiber, and most of them are used for core spun yarn with polyurethane fiber as the core yarn. It also uses polyurethane naked silk and twisted silk formed by the combination of polyurethane and other fibers, mainly used in various warp knitted, weft knitted fabrics, woven fabrics and elastic fabrics.
Terylene, formerly translated as Dacron and Dacron, is an important variety of synthetic fibers and the trade name of polyethylene terephthalate polyester fiber, mainly used for textile. Dacron, commonly known as "Dacron" in China, is widely used to manufacture clothing fabrics and industrial products. Polyester has excellent shape setting property. The flat, fluffy or pleated form of polyester yarn or fabric after setting can remain unchanged after repeated washing in use. Polyester is one of the three synthetic fibers with the simplest process and relatively cheap price. In addition, it has strong and durable, good elasticity, not easy to deform, corrosion resistance, insulation, neat, easy to wash and dry, and is loved by people.
