Product Introduction
Our 2/32S Fully Combed Cotton Yarn is spun from 100% Xinjiang long-staple cotton and checked on the floor from sliver to cone. We make it as a double-ply compact siro-spun or ring-spun yarn, with high tensile strength and low hairiness for circular knitting machines and premium woven fabrics.
At the winding station, operators watch splice quality, yarn clearing and cone build rather than relying on a label alone. The finished yarn gives a clean knitting run, steady fabric cover and a smoother surface for fine-gauge garments.

Product Features
We set the combing line to remove short fibers and visible seed-coat fragments before drawing. On the spinning frame, our technicians check traveller condition, spindle vibration and end-break rate by shift; this keeps the two singles balanced before twisting.
Compact siro spinning pulls the fiber bundle together before twist insertion, so the yarn surface shows fewer loose fibers. For ring-spun orders, we adjust twist and winding tension to match the customer's knitting gauge. In routine production, we record yarn count, twist, strength, elongation, hairiness and CV% for each lot; a lot is held if the test sheet does not match the approved standard.
Before shipment, cones are inspected for soft packages, hard edges, oil marks and splice tails. We can separate lots by production date, attach test reports and prepare carton marks from the buyer's packing list.

Usage & Care Instructions
Keep cartons on pallets in a dry, ventilated store at 15–30°C and below 65% relative humidity where possible. Do not place cones against a damp wall or open cartons beside a dyeing area. Allow the yarn to acclimatize in the knitting room before use, keep the original lot labels, and use older lots first. During processing, keep the yarn path clean, avoid sharp guides and cover opened cones when the machine stops.

Q: Can we order samples?
A: Yes. We can send a small cone or arrange a 1–5 kg trial lot. Please provide the machine gauge, fabric construction and required finish so the sample matches the intended use.
Q: How do you control color fastness?
A:For dyed or mercerized yarn, we approve a lab dip first and record the shade standard. The mill tests wash and rubbing fastness against the agreed requirement, and we keep the report with the lot record.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: Raw-white repeat orders generally need 15–25 days after confirmation. Dyed, color-spun or mercerized orders normally need 25–40 days, depending on shade approval, quantity and the spinning schedule. We issue a production date and shipping window before starting.
