Raw Material

Acrylic yarn raw material has low propylene content and is the product of petroleum pyrolysis. As the polyacrylonitrile copolymer not only melts when heated above 230 ℃, but also like polyester nylon fiber, the solution can rotate. The rotation can be either dry or wet. High dry cutting rate, suitable for cutting silk fabrics. It is an ideal choice for making short, soft and soft fibers, and is suitable for the manufacture of wool and other textiles.

Fiber length classification:

Aaccording to spinning process classification of yarn:

Ring spun acrylic yarn, roll spun acrylic yarn, compact acrylic yarn, siro type acrylic yarn, compact acrylic yarn.

The ring is that the laying of acrylic yarn does not play the role of anti pilling, while eddy current is laying, sealing is laying, crushing is laying, and sealing is laying acrylic yarn with anti pilling. According to different test methods, the anti pilling level achieved is different.
