Production Process

This acrylic yarn is first dyed into fiber bundles before spinning. The acrylic raw material is not cut into short fibers, but the combed filament fibers are directly dyed using cationic dyes specific to acrylic. The dyeing process is expensive, so the price of the yarn is usually higher than that of ordinary acrylic.
